Tari is made from pepper as Peruvian as the llama. Our production is unique - we use fresh ingredients and vegetables that we crush, maintaining the Andean tradition of the “batán” or grinding, which helps us create the natural flavor of the ingredients and unique texture.

To the US consumer, creamy, complex flavors are new - and that’s what makes us different and unique. We stand out at shelf and with our unique flavor and texture that come from an elaborated Traditional Andean recipe made with 100% real Peruvian peppers that only grow in this part of the world.

Rocoto peppers are spicy, they normally have a pear or apple shape and even though they are similar in appearance to a small bell pepper, rocoto adds a nice and unique kick of heat and great flavor to any meal.
