crispy chicken tacos

Crispy Golden Fried Chicken Tacos with Avocado and Tari Rocoto Pepper Hot Sauce- this is on repeat at home at the moment.

Ingredients:
- 3 medium sized chicken breasts 
- 1 cup flour 
- 1 tbs cornstarch
- 1 tsp salt 
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder 
- 1/4 tsp black pepper 
- 1/2 cup buttermilk 
- Avocado oil for frying, or any 
- 6 small tortillas 
FOLLOW THESE STEPS:
- Mix flour with cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper; pour buttermilk and a pinch of salt in another dish; add a couple of spoonfuls of the buttermilk into the dry batter and mix until crumbly; 
 - Slice chicken breast in half; dredge into the flour mixture, then buttermilk and back into the flour mixture; shake off excess; 
 - Heat frying oil to 350 F; fry chicken in batches until internal temperature reaches 165 F;
 - Char your tortillas, assemble and enjoy with plenty of Tari Rocoto Sauce!
