The flavor isn't very good

We ordered a bottle and it was marked “damaged, returned to sender” by the shipping company. I emailed the customer service team and got no response. They have not refunded me, or sent a new bottle, as the original purchase never arrived.

I'd LOVE to let you know how the sauce was. See, I reached out to you guys multiple times because you shipped a liquid in PAPER FUCKIN BAGS. THE post office let me know that there was a major accident and they would be returning them to you.i put in two seperate orders. I received the tropical and one other. BUT, not THIS sauce. Because after being notified it was being returned, the post office notified me it COULDNT be returned. So I reached out to you on MULTIPLE occasions only to NEVER be contacted back to fix the problem. SO, not counting the tropical flavor order, GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK AND LEARN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! And no, I won't be recommending you to ANYONE
