Like the label says, you can literally put it on everything. I used the Amarillo in my deviled egg filling fir my Easter spread this year and it came out SO GOOD. I use the Rocoto pretty frequently when I cook fish. Tastes amazing on grilled salmon.
Love the taste which is mildly spicy. I really do use this on everything!
